Fort Lauderdale Resident Grace Gardiner Receives Honor for 26,481 Volunteer Hours

In 2009, there were 686 volunteers who collectively gave more than 140,442 hours of service to Holy Cross Hospital. They were recognized during the hospital's recent Volunteer Appreciation and Service Awards Luncheon, where Fort Lauderdale resident Grace Gardiner was named the 2009-2010 Volunteer of the Year.

Attendees can expect to enjoy a great show on Tues., May 11, 2010 at 7 p.m. at Parker Playhouse in Fort Lauderdale as the finalists compete for a $1,000 cash prize and free pass to ride Tri-Rail for one year.
